Australian Studies in China
Australian Studies in China is the only refereed journal of its kind in China’s field of Australian studies. Sponsored by Beijing Foreign Studies University and managed by BFSU’s Australian Studies Centre, the journal is currently included in the AMI (Academic Evaluation for Humanities and Social Sciences in China) database.
Since its founding, Australian Studies in China has received support from both Chinese and international scholars. Launched in 2018, it published five issues with Social Sciences Academic Press (China) and earned positive acclaim. To further advance Chinese research on Australia within the context of country and area studies, and to enhance the journal’s influence and academic standards, the editorial board decided to revamp the journal and switch its publication to Foreign Language Teaching and Research Press in 2023. Australian Studies in China welcomes submissions from scholars worldwide.
